We have identified an issue with a small number of people who have tried to sign up for swimming lessons, but the first month card payment hasn’t been taken successfully.

Please note that your booking / space on your lesson is not confirmed without the upfront payment being completed.

To rectify this and ensure your space is confirmed, please follow the steps below ASAP. Some of the steps will seem repetitive from what you did on your first attempt, apologies;

  1. Log in at https://my.swim.co.uk/Swim using your username (the email address you signed up with)  and the password that you chose.
  2. From your dashboard, select Find a course
  3. Expand the search bar and choose your centre
  4. Filter by your preferred day and time, then click Search
  5. Click Book on your chosen course
  6. Select the correct swimmer profile (a.k.a your child, not on your own profile)
  7. Enter your card payment details to complete the up front payment
  8. The booking will then be complete

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email (please check your junk or spam folder if it doesn’t appear).
