If your lesson has been cancelled due to a venue / facilities issue, or a teaching issue, you can request a refund within 30 days of the cancellation in line with our terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions are located here (see section 6)
Requests need to be submitted by the account holder within 30 days of the cancelled lesson.
To request your refund, please fill in this form, and a member of our team will be in touch, usually within 24-48 hours. (But this can be longer during busy periods)
