To cancel, you will need to fill in this form and include the reasons for your cancellation.  This will be sent direct to the venue you attend.  It will be reviewed within 7 days by a member of the team, and they will be in touch with you to confirm the cancellation has been processed.

Please note, as per T&C’s we request 30 days’ notice from your next scheduled direct debit.
