Hi, we’ve sent you an email and a text about a system glitch that means your Direct Debit didn’t save… The email said:

Apologies, but there’s been an error on our system when you signed your child up for swimming lessons recently and your Direct Debit details haven’t saved correctly.

We just need you to please log in to your Swim account and re-input your Direct Debit details by clicking here.  (Please use the user name and password you selected when you signed up recently.)

It will only take a minute or so to do, and once saved, your account will be complete and you’ll benefit from the offer you selected at sign up, such as ‘1st Month £10’ or ‘Half Price Until September’.

If you’d like to talk to a member of the team about this, please do so on your next visit, they’ll be more than happy to help.
